Summit Management Corp is pleased to announce that beginning Monday, March 18, 2019 Occupants at all of the Properties managed by Summit Management Corp., can utilize our new online Work Order System to request maintenance and report any problems within their Suite or Common Area. Occupants can submit a work order by visiting the Summit Management Page on our website (http://www.integliaco.com/summit-management) or by email to the following address: notifications@SummitManagementCorp.bluefolder.com

This new system will allow us to track issues much more efficiently and update our Tenants on the progress of the requested work items.
