Michael Integlia, Jr. is the President and CEO of Michael Integlia & Company, having re-incorporated the company in 1976. Since that time, Michael has maintained steady growth and diversity, guiding Michael Integlia & Company into a premier real estate developer in Southern New England, designing and building over 400 projects throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, and throughout Southern Florida. Currently, Michael Integlia & Company has developed properties for its investment portfolio in excess of 1.5 million square feet , and continues to seek new and innovative opportunities in the market place.
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Michael attended Roger Williams University, earning degrees in both Architecture and Construction Engineering. He is a veteran, having served in the 143 Special Operations Group of the Rhode Island Air National Guard from 1967-1973. He has also contributed time and talent to foster growth of several philanthropic organizations.

Michael has been featured in the Providence Journal, the Providence Business News, New England Real Estate Journal, and was named the 2007 Business Person of the Year by the Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce.

An accomplished professional with a unique career, Thomas Cousineau combines the education and experience of a Registered Architect with the skills and abilities of an advanced business degree. With strong expertise in all aspects of project management as well as firm and departmental operations, and an energetic, proactive, and progressive mindset, Tom has demonstrated success in operations, budgeting, financial management, staff management, and human resources. As Chief Operating Officer, Tom oversees all day to day operations of the firm including property management, construction and financial management.
An experienced architect with over twenty years of practice, Tom has held various positions at Brown University, The Maguire Group, and The Robinson Green Beretta Corporation. He is a former president of the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and served on the AIA- R.I. Board for many years. Tom is a registered architect in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
As Director of Accounting and Finance, Kenneth Proto brings over 25 years of fiscal experience to Michael Integlia & Company. Ken maintains all company financial matters and project costing. Knowledgeable in all aspects of accounting, Ken’s thorough and meticulous nature serves to help him evaluate, review, and monitor the internal and external finances of Michael Integlia & Company.
Ken is a graduate of Roger Williams University and a veteran, having received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army in 1968.
Christopher A. Caramello serves as bookkeeper within Michael Integlia & Company. He is responsible for various financial affairs within the company and its subsets. Christopher serves as an assistant to the controller, performing numerous accounting procedures and executing necessary tasks within the Department of Accounting and Finance. In addition to functioning within this role, Christopher is the Director of Sacred Music and Organist at St. Rocco Church located in Johnston, Rhode Island. He has held several positions within this field and remains a sought-after organist throughout the Diocese of Providence.
Christopher earned his Bachelor of Science degree through Rhode Island College majoring in accountancy, graduating in December of 2017 with honors. He utilized his time within The School of Business to pursue his interests in and further study economics, finance, and political science. Christopher is a 2014 graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School. In response to his active role as Class and Student Body President, he was named the 2014 recipient of the Lieutenant Governor Award for Student Leadership.
Through her position of Director of Property Management, Paulette oversees all aspects of property management for over one million square feet of office space under the Michael Integlia & Company portfolio of buildings. With over 18 years of experience, Paulette‘s customer centric focus provides our tenants with the personal attention that our company is known for. Her attention to detail is reflected in the pristine condition of all of our properties. Paulette is the first point of contact for all of our tenants. She oversees all of the maintenance to our buildings in conjunction with in-house staff or our team of outside vendors.
Prior to joining Michael Integlia & Company, Paulette held various positions with several local property management companies.
Yesenia "Yesi" Mercado is an Assistant Property Manager and Executive Office Assistant at Michael Integlia & Company with a vast array of skills and responsibilities. Yesi assists all departments of MICO by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications. Yesi’s efficiency in her managerial tasks is matched only by her entrepreneurial spirit; a National winner at the NFTE Business Plan Competition, Yesi has been featured on The Newshour with Jim Lehrer as part of an Entrepreneurship Special.
Yesenia has attended Northeastern University, where she was a recipient of the Ujima Scholarship. Currently she is a full time student at Rhode Island College working to obtain her B.S., Business Management.
